Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it to the minimum.
Who is responsible
Fermi Advisory, Route de Florissant 2, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland. Questions about your data: contact@fermiadvisory.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form and email: your name, firm, email address and message. We use them only to answer your request and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and time of access in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your language choice (English or French) is stored in your own browser. We use no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising.
Who processes data for us
Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of contact-form emails, EU servers). Both may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. Server logs are deleted by our host after a short period.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (and the GDPR where it applies), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to contact@fermiadvisory.com. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
